7th July is the day of the Tanabata festival or 'Star Festival' in English. The festival celebrates the meeting of the deities Orihime and Hikoboshi. According to legend, the Milky Way separates these lovers and they are allowed to meet only once a year on the seventh day of the seventh lunar month of the lunisolar calendar. The festival is held every year and is associated with wishes for people's dreams to come true.
Screw-on cap, the end of which is embossed with the Sailor anchor logo. Cap band is inscribed with 'Sailor Japan Founded 1911'. 14k gold rhodium-plated nib in a range of sizes.
Supplied in a smart gift box with a Sailor converter. Also takes Sailor ink cartridges.
