Last UK postage dates for Christmas:
- Tracked 48: Thursday 18th December
- Tracked 24: Friday 19th December
- Special Delivery: Monday 22nd December
These dates should get your order to you in time for Christmas, but delays can still happen occasionally. If you have the option, always order a bit sooner!
For international deliveries, things get a bit more complicated. Most places with fast shipping connections from the UK should be ok up until around the 20th December, but places that will need an extra connection, or with less frequent shipping, will take longer. We'd always recommend allowing extra time, though, as random delays do happen, and are more common with international shipping.
Look up your country in this table, and add an extra working day for processing, and your order should arrive in time. Order earlier if you possibly can, though, delays can happen, and these are estimates, not guarantees.
UK
FREE Standard Delivery for orders over £100, and just £3.75 for smaller orders. Larger items will be delivered using Royal Mail Tracked 48, while small packages will not be tracked, though both aim to deliver in 2-3 working days. Priority Delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available as an option, for £4.50 on orders over £100, £5.50 on smaller orders - aims to deliver next working day. Express Delivery using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day* or Parcelforce available for £9.75, or FREE with any order over £400. No delivery surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands or anywhere else!
A signature will be required for registered or guaranteed delivery services. Next Day delivery means orders should be delivered the day after dispatch - orders placed over the weekend with Special Delivery should arrive on Tuesday.

Taxes and Customs Duties
Customers in the UK pay VAT, which is a sales tax. For the rest of the world, choose your location, then add an item to your basket, click the 'show basket' link at the top of the page and proceed to checkout for total amounts payable.
USA: Standard duties and taxes will be shown in the checkout, and will depend on the country of origin and value of the items ordered. However if you exceed your personal or business allowance, by placing multiple orders, you may be charged additional fees on import. Please check your government's guidelines for more information.
Canada: all duties are included in the price shown on the product page, all taxes are added at checkout once shipping address has been added.
EU countries: all duties and taxes are included in the price shown on the product page.
Australia/New Zealand/Singapore/Switzerland/Norway: all duties and taxes are included in the price shown on the product page.
All other countries, duties and taxes may be payable. Our shipping partner, Global-e normally offers the option to pay them when ordering or you can choose to pay on arrival to your local courier/delivery agent. For countries where the option to pay duties and taxes is not available at checkout, you may still be charged on arrival, please check with your local tax office for further information.
We will not falsely declare values on customs paperwork - please don't ask us to.
USA
