Inside the Cult Pens 2024 Advent Calendar

Cult Pens Advent CalendarCountdown to Christmas with the Cult Pens Advent Calendar.

Now look, usually these things are supposed to contain surprises, and if you know what's in it, it's not really a surprise is it? But we know that some of you aren't comfortable with the unexpected, and we're nothing if not mindful of our lovely customers.

So, if you really want to know, here goes (in no particular order)...

Caran d'Ache Fancolor metallic pen in Gold - it's a pen that writes in gold. Not real gold. But close enough.

Rhodia Mini Pad - it's got a squared layout, so you can either use the grid to sketch, or colour each square in a different colour. The choice is yours.

STABILO Point 88 fineliner - lovely fine iron-clad (well, steel-clad) tip for lovely, fine illustration.

Faber-Castell Basic Ballpoint - they says it's 'basic' but it's a bit more than that. You can refill it, for a start, and it's got a comfy grip.

Koh-I-Noor Magic Pencil - it's magic! It's not just one colour but several. All together. Work that one out.

Kaweco Perkeo Fountain Pen Old Chambray - and you thought 'chambray' was for shirts. Well, it is. But it's also for Perkeos. Medium-nibbed ones.

Staedtler Noris Pencil - sometimes the simplest things are the best. It's a pencil. Nothing more, nothing less.

Troika Construction Ballpoint - it's a ballpoint, and you can keep it going it with mini D1 refills. It's also a ruler. But bear in mind you can't measure and write with it at the same time.

Faber-Castell Grip Eraser - it looks more like a chubby pencil than an eraser, but it'll still rub things out.

e+m Potbelly Pen Pot - one of our favourites. It's a wooden pot that'll hold your pens. Or your pencils. Even rulers (as long as they're not too long). And lots of other non-stationery things as well.

Kaweco ink cartridges - just the thing for thirsty fountain pens.

M+R Wooden Sharpener - it can cater for two different-sized pencils. But perhaps not at the same time.

Faber-Castell Grip 1347 Pencil - nice little mechanical pencil with - yes, you guessed it - a comfortable grip!

STABILO Woody Pencil - it's a pencil. But it's also a crayon. And it's water-soluble. Chunky, too, so perfect for little fingers.

Caran d'Ache 888 Infinite Ballpoint in Spring Green - a pen with everything you need - a replaceable refill, a push-button retract mechanism and a pocket clip. And a kitchen sink. Not really.

Schneider Paint-it Acrylic Marker - filled with acrylic paint, it'll work on most surfaces. Except faces. Stay away from those. It's not a good look.

Diamine Exclusive Ink - a 30ml bottle of ink filled with dark blue, sparkly ink. It's a new colour created especially for (and only available in) this calendar!

Cult Pens B6 Advent Notebook - another exclusive, specially designed to match (or indeed, blend in with) our Advent Calendar.

Schneider Vizz Ballpoint - a simple way of making a mark on a bit of paper. And German-made, so you know it'll be pretty good. And you get two!

Faber-Castell Jumbo Grip pencil - chunkier than most and with spots a leopard would be proud of.

Legami Erasable gel pen - did you really think we'd leave something like this out of our Advent Calendar?

Faber-Castell Textliner - it's a Superfluorescent highlighter so it'll really stand out! Grab those sunglasses.

Caran d'Ache Swisscolor pencil - one of the toppest of top bananas where water-resistant colouring pencils are concerned. You get two.

Faber-Castell e-motion fountain pen - resplendent in Parquet Black with a fine nib, it's a deliciously fat cigar shape and you've got the choice of standard ink cartridges or bottled ink when it comes to filling it.

That's it. The surprise is spoiled. But at least you don't know the order in which they'll appear!
