Uni's Kuru Toga series has firmly established itself as the most innovative mechanical pencil range in many years. Kuru Toga pencils constantly sharpen the lead point as they touch and lift off the page, leading to cleaner, more consistent lines. The Kuru Toga engine is clever and sophisticated, yet utterly reliable.
This is the latest addition to the growing line-up, mixing the genius of the Kuru Toga engine with Uni's well-regarded Alpha-Gel series of soft-grip writing instruments. The Alpha-Gel grip is designed to be easy and comfortable to hold for periods, and the 40mm long, 12mm diameter grip is nice and squishy up to a point, then firms up.
The Alpha-Gel model has a neat design touch that relocates the visible indicator of the Kuru Toga engine's revolutions up the barrel, displaying as a slow colour change in the Kuru Toga logo. We like this very much!
