Sun-Star is a Japanese stationery company that plans, develops, manufactures and sells stationery and gifts with interesting and new design concepts.
The original Metacil pencil was voted the most popular product of 2022 by highly respected Japanese newspaper Nikkei MK and won the Paperworld Middle East 2023 stationery product of the year award.
This barrel of this new version contains approximately 40% waste material that comes from crushed and recycled plastic waste produced within Japan. And, like the original, it doesn't need sharpening, because the tip is made from a special alloy containing graphite. The graphite and metal alloy work together to produce a line - lighter than a normal pencil mark - when friction is applied. Due to the special properties of the core, the Re:metacil is capable of writing a 16km long straight line without sharpening. The tip is quite fragile though so we would recommend just using it with paper to avoid any issues!

FREE Royal Mail Standard delivery for orders over £100, and just £3.50 for smaller orders. Royal Mail Priority is available as an option, for £3.50 on orders over £100, £5.50 on smaller orders. Express available for £9, or FREE with any order over £400. No delivery surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands or anywhere else!

Prices and payment methods will reflect your country, and many countries have all taxes and duties included to make things easier and more predictable.
Orders over 2kg
For all orders outside the UK, heavy orders may cost more to send, but the shipping cost will be displayed in the checkout before you commit.
