As Retro 51 puts it, 'Life is too short to carry an ugly pen'. And we agree. Their bright colours and cool designs have more than a hint of nostalgia about them, and all their pens are made with good old-fashioned values in mind.
Designed as a tribute to the P-47 US fighter plane, Retro 51's Tornado Thunderbolt fountain pen features a lacquer-coated red, yellow and green steel barrel with acid-etched rivets and panelling. It's emblazoned with the nose art of the 352nd Fighter Group's P-47 nicknamed "Dallas Blonde." There is a slotted metal pocket clip and it's fitted with a steel nib in a choice of sizes. It's supplied in a vintage-themed cylinder which doubles as a pen stand as well as a protective case.
Refill with standard ink cartridges (2 are supplied) or fit the supplied converter to use bottled fountain pen ink.

FREE Royal Mail Standard delivery for orders over £100, and just £3.50 for smaller orders. Royal Mail Priority is available as an option, for £3.50 on orders over £100, £5.50 on smaller orders. Express available for £9, or FREE with any order over £400. No delivery surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands or anywhere else!
