Sometimes you need to carry documents, but you don't want them to be easily read by people who happen to see the folder. That's easy - don't use a clear folder! But a clear folder has some advantages too - you can see easily if it's empty, and you're about to make an embarrassing blunder. And you can see if it's got the right document in it, avoiding another potential pitfall.
That's just the sort of impossible-to-fix problem that PLUS loves to fix. So these have a repeating pattern on the cover that obscures any small text, while still letting you see the document's layout, and any big headers.
