Montblanc Great Characters Fountain Pen Enzo Ferrari Special Edition
The latest edition to Montblanc's Great Characters collection is a tribute to the life and legacy of Enzo Ferrari: Italian motor racing driver, entrepreneur and founder of the Scuderia Ferrari and the Ferrari company.
Every detail of this pen evokes the achievements and character of Enzo Ferrari. The colour of this pen is inspired by the Ferrari colour 'Posso 70 Anni', and the iconic red tones that Ferrari used throughout the years.. Made from precious red resin with a silver trim. Cap top crowned with the Montblanc emblem embedded in a metal grid on yellow resin, paying homage to the city of Modena and inspired a vintage car grill.
The back of the cap shows the prancing horse, the famous emblem of Ferrari cars. The clip in metal is adorned with a famous quote by Enzo: "You cannot describe passion, you can only live it." The cone shows two important dates in the early career of Enzo Ferrari. The ring on the cap top features the engraving "OFFICINA MECCANICA ALFREDO FERRARI", a reference to Ferrari's father Alfredo's workshop and his birthplace.
14-carat gold rhodium coated nib engraved with a Ferrari 250 GTO steering wheel and one of Enzo's nicknames - 'Pilota'.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will normally be sent out the same day.
