LEUCHTTURM1917 are well-known - and rightly so - for their superior quality notebooks. Their slogan 'Details make all the difference' is particularly apposite for this, the Some Lines a Day notebook.
It's what Leuchtturm describe as a 'memory book', a way of keeping track of up to five years of thoughts and dreams, plans, actions and adventures, without having to go into too much detail. It's designed to create a stylish, compact record of your life: two books will last a decade, and a couple of shelves of a bookcase will probably be enough space for a whole lifetime of memories!
The first page of the book can be filled in with the years that the book covers, and - in case you should forget - your name. The following 365 pages of 80gsm paper are each titled with a day (eg April 5), and are divided into five sections, one for each year: you simply fill in the year number and then write your diary entry. So on any one page you can view your writings for that particular day on five consecutive years.
The A5 size is perfect for diary-keeping: small enough to fit into a bag but not so small that your writing becomes cramped. And the paper colour is perfect, too: the pale cream is easy on the eye and complements all ink colours. An elasticated band to match the cover colour keeps the book safely closed, and contrasting colour fabric strips mark your place. A gusseted pocket on the inside of the back cover provides a useful repository for such memorabilia as photographs, ticket stubs, boarding cards, drawings and notes. Also thoughtfully provided is a sheet of labels to fix to the cover and spine of the notebook when you want to archive it.
This is a deceptively pleasing, simple and effective way of keeping a diary, and - in these technology-obsessed days - a very much more personalised one.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will normally be sent out the same day.
FREE Royal Mail Standard delivery for orders over £100, and just £3.50 for smaller orders. Royal Mail Priority is available as an option, for £3.50 on orders over £100, £5.50 on smaller orders. Express available for £9, or FREE with any order over £400. No delivery surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands or anywhere else!
International deliveries vary in cost, so you'll need to add the items you want to your basket, and enter the checkout to see the options for delivery. Prices and payment methods will reflect your country, and many countries have all taxes and duties included to make things easier and more predictable.
For all orders outside the UK, heavy orders may cost more to send, but the shipping cost will be displayed in the checkout before you commit.
