Designed by Jasper Morrison, the Lamy aion is a beautifully made pen. The simplicity of the design is finished perfectly, with bead-blasted grip and brushed, anodised barrel contrasting against the shiny polished clip. All markings are laser-engraved for accuracy.
The result is a pen that looks really special, while maintaining an understated style. It doesn't grab your attention, but can hold it when you choose to give it. Twist-action retract mechanism operates smoothly, turning at the top of the grip section to extend and retract the liquid-ink refill. Supplied fitted with medium black Lamy M16.
