Gansai Tambi are high-quality Japanese handmade, solid watercolours that behave in a similar way to gouache. When applied thickly the finish is a gentle sheen rather than the matte usually offered by watercolours.
These paints work well with water brushes as they can be used to easily wet the paint pans, allowing you to work from them directly. The portable edition comes with a handy travel case with a pallet on the inside of the top cover, enabling you to mix and paint easily anywhere.
Apply thickly for extremely vibrant colour, even on dark coloured paper and card. Apply thinly for a highly translucent yet still very vivid effect.

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will normally be sent out the same day.

FREE Royal Mail Standard delivery for orders over £100, and just £3.50 for smaller orders. Royal Mail Priority is available as an option, for £3.50 on orders over £100, £5.50 on smaller orders. Express available for £9, or FREE with any order over £400. No delivery surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands or anywhere else!
International
International deliveries vary in cost, so you'll need to add the items you want to your basket, and enter the checkout to see the options for delivery.
