Sailor's limited edition 'Sweets' collection of Professional Gear Slim fountain pens commemorates traditional confections - 'wagashi' - often eaten with green tea and enjoyed at seasonal celebrations in Japan.
There are many varieties of Manju, which can be made from flour, rice powder, kudzu or buckwheat flour and filled with red bean paste. The regional variations make them an edible type of souvenir.
The pale brown barrel is nicely contrasted by the gold-plated trim, and the 14 carat gold nib is available in a range of sizes.
Refill with Sailor ink cartridges or use the supplied converter to use bottled ink.
