The Platinum Preppy fountain pen is lovely example of Japanese pen design - with a smart coloured polycarbonate barrel. It's the same low-price refillable fountain pen with an ink cartridge in one of 6 colours. The cap is translucent, and the barrel is coloured with a chic Japanese pattern. Hi-tech feed system ensures reliable ink flow.
Sayagata has a purple barrel with a geometric design. The Chinese character 'manji' is known to represent the universe in harmony and infinity in Buddhism. The Sayagata pattern features interlocking manji characters of a slightly modified form that symbolise unbroken continuity and conveys the hope for prosperity and longevity of a family.
Fine nib writes a 0.3mm line
Uses Platinum Cartridge refills.
Can also use standard international cartridges when fitted with the Platinum International Adaptor (available separately).
