A small and handy way of filling most pens on the go, making sure you always have extra ink with you, and you can actually use it when you need it!
Pineider goes back to 1774, with a reputation for making some of the finest paper, leather goods and writing instruments in the world. With new ownership, and a renewed commitment to Italian quality, history and craftsmanship, Pineider also wanted a truly innovative pen range.
One of the most renowned and respected pen designers in the world had just split up with his previous company. Dante Del Vecchio was available, and full of ideas. They got together, and Dante has designed some pens and accessories that are both beautiful and highly practical.
This is a great example of Dante's thinking and designing. Fill it with up to 10ml of ink, up to the line, using the supplied eyedropper. Seal it up and take it with you. Run out of ink on the go? Simple. Remove the stopper, and insert your pen into the conical rubber part inside. Once it's firmly sealed, turn the pen and filler over, so the ink is around the nib, and operate the pen's filling mechanism. Turn it back over, remove the pen, and replace the stopper.
Use varies a little depending on the filling mechanism of your pen, but it works with most types. With piston-fillers and most converters, you'd wind the piston down before putting the pen into the filler, so you don't pressurise them as you do so. If in doubt, test with water before you risk making a mess!
It's based on the design Dante produced for Visconti, but this version is smaller and simpler, making it a more cost-effective way to carry enough ink to fill most pens several times over.
Suitable for most pens where the part behind the nib is round and between 9.5mm and 13.5mm.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will normally be sent out the same day.
FREE Royal Mail Standard delivery for orders over £100, and just £3.50 for smaller orders. Royal Mail Priority is available as an option, for £3.50 on orders over £100, £5.50 on smaller orders. Express available for £9, or FREE with any order over £400. No delivery surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands or anywhere else!
International deliveries vary in cost, so you'll need to add the items you want to your basket, and enter the checkout to see the options for delivery. Prices and payment methods will reflect your country, and many countries have all taxes and duties included to make things easier and more predictable.
For all orders outside the UK, heavy orders may cost more to send, but the shipping cost will be displayed in the checkout before you commit.
