Inspired by the ideals of the Bauhaus, Otto Hutt's goal is simple: To create high-quality products in a unique style. They were founded in 1920 by Karl Hutt, that's over 100 years ago, so it has clearly worked!
Otto Hutt started out making writing instruments and pocket accessories made of silver intended for everyday use. Karl Hutt founded the company but its name is taken from his son, Otto, who took over the company from his father in the 1960s. Making items from silver is a tradition which has carried through to today, with many of their pens still featuring parts made from sterling silver.
Designed by Mark Braun, the Design 08 highlights the precision workmanship of Otto Hutt with a supremely designed all brass body and cap. The body is engraved with rings on the body of the pen while the cap end and cap are engraved with a pinstripe design. All brass design gives the pen a luxurious weighty feeling and the silky smooth extra-large 18-carat gold nib makes it a delight to write with, offering minimal resistance and allowing it to glide over the page effortlessly.
Plated with ruthenium and features a characteristic spring clip. Each pen is unique and is marked with a six-digit code which is engraved to the cap.
Presented in an luxurious Otto Hutt gift box and supplied with a leather pen pouch, cleaning cloth, care manual and 5 blue ink cartridges. Refill using international standard ink cartridges or use the supplied converter for use with bottled ink.

UK Orders
FREE Royal Mail Standard delivery for orders over £100, and just £3.50 for smaller orders. Royal Mail Priority is available as an option, for £3.50 on orders over £100, £5.50 on smaller orders. Express available for £9, or FREE with any order over £400. No delivery surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands or anywhere else!
International
International deliveries vary in cost, so you'll need to add the items you want to your basket, and enter the checkout to see the options for delivery. Prices and payment methods will reflect your country, and many countries have all taxes and duties included to make things easier and more predictable.
Orders over 2kg
For all orders outside the UK, heavy orders may cost more to send, but the shipping cost will be displayed in the checkout before you commit.
