Inspired by the ideals of the Bauhaus, Otto Hutt's goal is simple: To create high-quality products in a unique style. They were founded in 1920 by Karl Hutt, that's over 100 years ago, so it has clearly worked!
Otto Hutt started out making writing instruments and pocket accessories made of silver intended for everyday use. Karl Hutt founded the company but its name is taken from his son, Otto, who took over the company from his father in the 1960s. Making items from silver is a tradition which has carried through to today, with many of their pens still featuring parts made from sterling silver.
Based on the original design by Otto Hutt, the design04 pays homage to the beauty of simplicity. This sophisticated pen features an all brass precision milled barrel finished with lacquer. It's complemented nicely with platinum coated trimmings. Each Otto Hutt pen is engraved with a unique six-digit serial number making every pen unique.
The bicolour nib is made from stainless steel. Accepts international standard sized cartridges or can be fitted with a converter for use with bottled ink. Supplied with converter.
Dimensions: Closed Length 132mm; Weighs 38.7g.
Presented in an Otto Hutt gift box.
