A collaboration with the National Museum of History in Taiwan, Laban's A Sanyu in Hand is a celebration of 'Flower', a painting by Chinese-French artist Sanyu, who was a member of the School of Paris and active during the first half of the 20th century.
The pen's lacquered barrel reflects the vibrant mustard yellow of the painting's background, while the gold-coloured cap has undergone etching and plating to represent the artwork in 3D form. Refill using international standard sized ink cartridges or use the supplied converter for bottled ink.
Fitted with a gold- and silver-plated stainless steel nib in a choice of sizes. Supplied as a gift set, which includes a metal bookmark clip inspired by the cheeky cat in the painting; a 30ml bottle of grey (cat-coloured) ink and a notebook containing blank 68gsm Tomoe River paper with mustard yellow ribbon marker.
