What better way to hold the pages of your journal or notebook open than with a butterfly? A brass one, that is (real ones aren't heavy enough. Or indeed willing).
Fabulous though it is for a metal, brass isn't a very pretty colour for a butterfly, so enamel has been used to finish the wings and body, and the tips of the antennae. And if yellow isn't your thing, there's a teal one too!
