There's a lot going on with the Masque, and we mean that as a compliment. This is Ferris Wheel Press leaning fully into theatre: a fountain pen built around masquerades, hidden identities, and a whole cast of characters etched into brass. The barrel is wrapped in layered silkscreen artwork depicting a mysterious concert hall scene, complete with glowing pipes, glowing organs, and an audience watching from the shadows. It's a lot of story for one pen, and we're rather charmed by the commitment.
Underneath the drama, though, this is a proper writing instrument. The body's precision-crafted brass, which gives it real heft in the hand, and it houses a No. 6 steel nib with two-tone 24K gold plating on a JoWo-compatible threaded system — so if you fancy swapping in a different nib down the line, you can. The threaded cap has an air-seal system to keep ink fresh, and it posts securely if you like a longer pen for extended writing sessions.
