At its most basic, a journal is just a notebook. The nicer the notebook is, or at least, the better it suits you, the more likely you are to stick with using it. And we have some very nice notebooks here.
Some have fancy covers, and some have pre-made layouts inside for specific purposes. And many are just nice quality notebooks, just the basics of what you need to note down your thoughts or plans.
