The design of the Onoto Magna Classic Pearl is based on one of the most famous fountain pens ever made - the Onoto Magna of 1937, which some have dubbed 'the best fountain pen ever made'. The Pearl range introduces an interesting depth to the collection.
Made from high density acrylic, this is a satisfyingly robust pen. The barrel features a chased design, with an underlying swirl of brilliant colour which is nicely set off by polished sterling silver trim in the form of 3 cap bands, a pocket clip inscribed with a chevron pattern and the Onoto logo, and a cap button, also featuring the Onoto logo. The barrel is inscribed with 'Onoto the Pen' and 'Made in England'.
Fitted with an 18 carat gold Onoto size 7 nib, available in a range of sizes. Refill with widely-available standard pattern ink cartridges, or fit a converter (supplied with the pen) to use bottled ink.
Available with two weight options: 25g or 32g. Use the drop-down list to select your preference.
Dimensions: closed 139mm, uncapped 122mm, posted 161mm.
Supplied in a luxury polished wooden box.
