This ink is part of the Book of Knights series, which chronicles Princess Patch’s rise to knighthood. That is something we love about Ferris Wheel Press - they really put the effort into the backstory for the inspiration behind their ink colours. In this instalment:
After a long and tireless struggle, defeat proves the stronger victor; though Knight Patch and her steadfast allies fight with unwavering valour, the enemy’s endless ranks press in like a rising tide, and with steel grown dull and spells fading into embers, their brave cries of defiance soften until, one by one, the weary heroes fall. A veil of muted indigo drifts across the fallen field, touched by a subtle green-pink shimmer that glints like the final, fleeting echoes of their courage.
