How do I sign up?

You can sign up by following this link. You'll need to activate your online account. If you use the same email address you've used to make purchases with us in the past it'll connect up your in-store account to your rewards account!

Where can I view my points balance?

You can view your points by logging into your account on cultpens.com and clicking the "Rewards" tab in the bottom corner of the site.

When do I get my points?

You will get access to points earned from orders when your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse.

How do I redeem my points for rewards?

You can redeem your points by logging into your account on cultpens.com and clicking the "Rewards" tab at the bottom corner. Once you have enough points you can convert them into a discount to be used on site.

Can converting points into rewards drop me into a lower tier?

No. Once you have earned enough points to move into a tier you will never move into a lower tier. The only way is up!

What can I use my rewards on?

You can use your discount rewards on any products that are not already discounted. You are not able to use your reward discount at the same time as any other discount code.

How long do my points last?

Points will expire 12 months after they are earned.

How long do I have to use my rewards?

• For percentage discount rewards you have earned through points, they will last 90 days.
• For percentage discount rewards you have earned through the refer-a-friend scheme, they will last 30 days.
• For limited time rewards, like free delivery periods, they will last the length of the promotional period (e.g. 7 days from when the discount is created)

Once they are gone, they are gone. But don't worry, we will email you before they are due to expire. We don’t want you to miss out.

Can I backdate points from previous purchases?

Sadly we are unable to credit past purchases for the Pen Pals programme. You will not earn points for purchases before you join the program.

How does the refer-a-friend work?

You are given your own refer-a-friend link, which you can send to your friends and family (or just people you know a bit who might like a pen). If they follow that link and make a purchase then your account will be credited with a referral, and you will receive a reward.

When do I get my refer-a-friend rewards?

You can use rewards earned from referrals once their order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse.
