Diplomat's Spacetec range of pens contain gas-pressurised refills which allow them to write in extreme conditions: from 200 deg C to -50 deg C; underwater; upside-down; in zero gravity (always useful!) and on to greasy surfaces. There's a wide range of styles, most in metal.
