Vinta Ink 'obsessively designed and meticulously mixed'. Each colour is named with reference to an event in Philippine history. Suitable for use in fountain pens and with brushes and dip pens.
This Vintage Capsule Collection takes inspiration from the Philippines of the 1970s, a period which saw greater resistance to the Marcos regime, student protests and the rise of pop culture. It contains 3 bottles of 15ml Vinta ink in the following colours:
Blaze 1970 (Silab), a bold, vibrant orange which commemorates the 'First Quarter Storm,' one of the earliest student protests held against the Marcos regime, and is a reminder that we all have the fire within us to fight against injustice and demand accountability.
Pilgrim's Blue 1970 (Peregrino), which marks Pope Paul VI's visit to the Philippines in November 1970. The colour celebrates both the Catholic faith of Filipinos and also represents the habits of the nuns who held the line against the military during People Power 1.
Pink Rose 1973 (Binibini), which celebrates Margie Moran, who was Miss Universe in 1973. The pageant is a source of deep pride and joy in the Philippiines.
