Montblanc's Around the World in 80 Days collection celebrates the classic adventure story by Jules Verne, which charted the epic journey undertaken by Phileas Fogg and his trusty sidekick, Passepartout.
The Doué Classique Ballpoint Pen is finished in precious resin and comes with an intricately engraved gold-coated metal cap which is supposed to symbolise good luck. It is inspired by the second part of the journey from Bombay to Yokohama. This section of the novel revolves around the main characters adventures on Kiouni, an elephant purchased to help them make the trip. Kiouni is featured on the cap. The clip features a red lacquered diamond. The cap top pays tribute to the length of journey - 25 days.
