BENU was created in January 2016 with the aim to "make writing instruments and desk accessories for those who prefer bold, bright colours and new designs that are playful, stylish and fun". The name BENU is inspired by the ancient Egyptian god associated with the sun, creation and rebirth and the Benu bird, which is one of the oldest known names of the phoenix, a majestic creature that is reborn throughout time. BENU pens are truly something different, they have a distinctive design and pronounced character with unique patterns and colour combinations.
The Benu AstroGem range is named after different asteroids and feature some vibrant colour patterns that only Benu could pull off. The grip section is translucent while the body is made from acrylic resin with glitter embedded to the resin. Each pen features a pocket clip on the cap with the Benu name engraved to the barrel.
The nib is a #6 stainless steel Schmidt nib and is available in fine, medium, or broad. The pen posts comfortably to give a good counterweight at the end.
Fits a standard large international size cartridge or use with the supplied converter with fountain pen ink.
Weighs 25g.
Supplied with a flower pen rest.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will normally be sent out the same day.
FREE Royal Mail Standard delivery for orders over £100, and just £3.50 for smaller orders. Royal Mail Priority is available as an option, for £3.50 on orders over £100, £5.50 on smaller orders. Express available for £9, or FREE with any order over £400. No delivery surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands or anywhere else!
International deliveries vary in cost, so you'll need to add the items you want to your basket, and enter the checkout to see the options for delivery. Prices and payment methods will reflect your country, and many countries have all taxes and duties included to make things easier and more predictable.
For all orders outside the UK, heavy orders may cost more to send, but the shipping cost will be displayed in the checkout before you commit.
