Esterbrook King of the Night

Esterbrook

Esterbrook is one of the greatest names in American pen history. Founded in 1858, by their peak they were making 216 million pens a year. Unfortunately, as the market changed, Esterbrook went out of business in 1971. Now they're back, though, with the name brought back and the designs reinvented by Kenro Industries, who have plenty of experience of bringing back or continuing famous pen brands, along with a great love for these brands' histories.

Esterbrook is a company built on passion. Passion for writing, for creating, for journaling, and for community. With a combined 100-years experience in the pen industry, they understand what makes a good product - and how to make it better.

Their rich history dates back to 1858, when the Esterbrook Pen Company was founded in Camden, New Jersey. They are committed to honouring their legacy while also embracing innovation and providing our customers with high-quality products that inspire creativity and self-expression.

Esterbrook quickly became a leading manufacturer of steel pens, which were used by writers and artists around the world, making it the fifth registered trademark in the United States at the time. Over the years, Esterbrook pens have been used by some of the most influential figures in history, including Charles Schulz, the creator of the Peanuts comic strip, and President John F. Kennedy, who used an Esterbrook pen to sign the bill declaring his intention to go to the moon.

Although the original Esterbrook Pen Company closed its doors in the 1970s, the brand was reborn in 2018 under the leadership of Kenro Industries. Today, they offer a wide range of pens and accessories, including fountain pens, rollerball pens, ink bottles, notebooks, and pen cases, all crafted with the finest materials and attention to detail.

Whether you're a seasoned writer or just getting started, we invite you to explore the world of Esterbrook Pens.
