With most pens, the colours are bright and right in the middle of what you'd expect. The blue is Blue. The red is a bright Red. The green is a bright mid-shade of Green. But these are a bit different. The colours are a bit more muted, for a more vintage look. The brown grey is a dark, earthy brown. The red black is more of a burgundy - darker, and a bit less, well, less\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cem data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003ered\u003c\/em\u003e, and more usable for many purposes.
