Combining his experience as a product designer and his background in furniture along with his experience working in a blacksmith's forge, he was able to manufacture a new pen for her. Tom's ideas for the stationery world took off from there; he founded Tom's Studio and has been using his creativity to create high quality unique pens and accessories ever since.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe Flourish Carrot Oblique Nib Holder nib twists in and does not require a screw. The design is made in such a way that it can hold a variety of nib sizes, from a Brause 66EF to a Nikko G nib. The specially designed flange can also be easily flipped around meaning this pen is suitable for both right-handed and left-handed users. It can also hold 3.5mm pencils leads if you so desire!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe nib angle is customisable and the pen is designed to be quite heavy for the size. The weight helps stability and in turn helps to improve technique.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eEach pen is dip dyed by hand making every pen unique, and each one is machined from solid metals on a lathe used for making fine watch and aerospace grade components.
