The Stamford Notebook Company was established in Stamford, Lincolnshire in the 1950s by printer and bookbinder Peter Spiegl. All notebooks are hand-bound by craftsmen and women using centuries-old techniques, with raw materials sourced sustainably in Britain wherever possible.
The Mock Croc Notebook features a hardback cover that's been coated and embossed to mimic the skin of that large, toothy reptile, so you can enjoy a bit of style, but not at the expense of the natural world. There's a matching elastic closure to keep everything together, and a fabric marker to keep your place.
It's Quarto in size - 135mm x 210mm (slightly smaller than A5) - and pretty much perfect in terms of portability and writing/sketching room. It contains 120 pages of top-quality British-milled paper that's fountain pen-friendly, opaque and beautifully smooth. It's supplied in a slipcase and tray made of recyclable card.

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will normally be sent out the same day.
UK Orders
FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery for orders over £30, and just £3 for smaller orders. Tracked 24 is available as an option, for £2.50 on orders over £30, £5.50 on smaller orders. Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day* available for £7.50, or FREE with any order over £400. No delivery surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands or anywhere else!
