Stalogy - Japanese design at its best. They aim to raise the standard of stationery by removing whatever is unnecessary, leaving behind products so good, they should have already existed. "What should have been, is."
Sticky tabs don't seem like the most obvious thing to improve on. There isn't really too much wrong with them. A little tab of paper, lightly sticky at one end, to mark pages with. They work well enough. But Stalogy thought they could do better.
Conventional sticky tabs can end up obsuring what you're trying to mark. Sometimes you end up putting the tab a bit away from what you wanted to highlight, just so it doesn't cover it up. So Stalogy made some improvements.
- They're shorter, so they obscure less
- They're mainly a translucent film, so you can still see the page through most of them
- The very ends are brightly coloured, in 12 colours (six in each set), so you can colour-code your notes
- More of the surface has adhesive, so they stick well despite their small size, while still using low-tack adhesive for easy removal.
Each tab is 35mm long, 10mm wide. Pack contains 10 of each colour, 6 colours, a total of 60 tabs.
