The offcuts are separated by size and shredded into cotton fibre, then mixed with water to create cotton pulp which is pressed onto mesh frames into sheets of paper. This creates a strong, luxurious, versatile paper made from 100% cotton waste, completely tree free. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eEach sheet of paper is screen printed by hand, with each colour requiring a different screen. The ink sits on top of the paper which creates their beautifully vibrant designs.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAll paper and cotton products produced by Vivid Wrap are approved by the Global Recycled Standard.
