0.9mm Lead

0.9mm is less popular for general-purpose writing than 0.5 or 0.7mm - it's generally considered too broad. It's use therefore is largely in the drafting field, though it's also a good size for younger children or the heavy-handed to use as it's size makes it inherently more break-resistant than the smaller diameters.
