Please Note: due to the ash cloud from the Icelandic volcano causing problems with air travel, Royal Mail are not currently guaranteeing their Special Delivery service. This may delay even some Express Delivery orders.
All orders £100 or more in value are sent either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Fedex next business day courier at no extra charge.
You can add this service to any UK order for just £5.95 inc. VAT by contacting us - the option is not available online.
If you DO require urgent delivery, please call us before 4pm on 01884 259856 to check stock availability and service times to your address.
Ordering online does NOT guarantee same-day despatch!
We can also provide pre-9am/10am/12pm and Saturday deliveries to most mainland addresses - please contact us for rates.
The following areas incur a surcharge for courier service, so we would normally only use Royal Mail Special Delivery to these destinations:
Channel Islands
Isle of Man
Isle of Wight
Northern Ireland
Scottish Highlands and Islands
The Isles of Scilly
BFPO addresses
Contact us for rates if you do require courier to these areas, but please note that most of these are 2-3 day services by Fedex in any case.
